Hey all, here’s another fun little update. For the first few months of working on the backstory we were pretty could at keeping up with everything, but once continuity became really imperative we came up with this map (using Google Maps) to keep track of how the whispers were spread. They map actually lays out the first six months from when the whispers were first spoken.
The map contains a few ‘spoilers’ if you know what to look for. For instance, you can now clearly see where ground zero was and, by extension who it was that started it all. This might make some things you’ve already read, or seen, about the characters have a stronger meaning.
The map is actual interactive; you can literally zoom in to find the exact house. Google is fun that way. You get to see where Cutter lives (out in Hollywood and he’s obviously got a boat load of money; guess that’s what comes from being an A-list superstar.)
